At May Kaidee's Vegetarian Cookery Class
May Kaidee's in Bangkok is an amazing place and the food is absolutely delicious. I ate there on my first night and on my last day when I did a three-hour afternoon class. I'm pretty sure that almost all of the food was vegan.
Imagine if all the ingredients were chopped and laid out for you everytime you entered the kitchen...
